are now working very fine and bypass all popup locker on the latest browser tested on IE7/IE8 FF and Google Chrome

Here is the howto for last VM image with embedded Cyberhotel and FreePBX, incredible and powerfull System.

What is it ?
Nothing more than a total hardware and software solution for any Hospitality usage including
Hotel, Hospital, Camping, and many more ..
Cyberhotel is able to handle phone system, internet access, and is totally in agreement with the European law
with connexion history

How it work ?
All tools for administration are on a Lan web GUI dynamic and inter-active and have all tools needed.

What I need more ?
You need just some analog gateways on your lan to plug the phones.
Access points if you whant using the Hotspot feature, and some good IP phones for administrative phones.

Advantage ?
First, cost very very low and affordable for all, including small hotel.
Cyberhotel can use low cost or free carriers.
Last will be evident when you will use it, it's the more powerfull device never seen !

So let's go testing, it is easy and don't need many time -->

-First install VmWare player on your computer, software work with both XP/VISTA/SEVEN
you can download version here but the best way is to get the last version here vmware.com It's 100% FREE
-Download Cyberhotel-Freepbx here and unzip it where you whant download it here
-Run VmWare player and select the file

It will prompt you with this, answer I copied it.

For now this question is not important for you but answering I copied it will reset all config including network devices
and much more.
if you decide after to move a working image on an other place on your HD just answer I moved it.

Now time to wait depend of your computer power , if your goal is to use it for a real hotel with many rooms
minimum conf is a core2 with 4GB ram.
Finaly you will get that:

Just open your browser and enter the IP displayed
here on the sample IP is 192.168.0.18

Enter admin/admin
you will be able to change this login/password on next screen

Right you are free to change password now or later, but now click on Cyberhotel Administration
Super admin for setup is superuser/superuser

OK you are in and you can see the rooms I have created for you.
I think you have no time to lose and want to see if it work or no, I will show you how to setup your own room later.

Click on check-in, enter a customer name and don't change limit.
Oups !! GUI is in two language French/English just click now on english to change ;-)

Room will change state and phone is now able to call anywhere

For sure to be able to call you must have a carrier, so go to avanced and create carrier.
You can use any carrier you whant including the betamax clones with free calls

For the first carrier you don't need to select it as default it will be for all calls.
For betamax clone or Comdif telecom sip accounts you just need
user, password carrierhost.
After creation just reload page and you can see registered (warning some carrier do not support register but call are going out )

You can see now on Rates and routing the first carrier is by default for all destinations.

Let it as it, you will learn later how to administrate it !
just think it's a sample routing table and all numbers must be dialed with 00Country-codeNumber

Now system is able to phone, but you need some phones or gateways registered on the system.
No worries there is a tool to help you, connect a gateway on your LAN and go to ADVANCED
Use our Lan scanner just enter the star end IP and stop end IP you can enter 1 to 255 but usualy
it take many time and normaly your dhcp give low range IP eg.. 10 to 30.

Scanner just give you all devices with port 80 open
my side I have found a PAP2 on 192.168.0.12, I click on it to go.

Enter on it the good IP, user name and password
and it's ok ( this is basic, Cybercallshop have G729 codec and it could be seting up on gateway, as well gateway dialplan
is good idea to setup and many more but please refer to your gateway doc)
Default Phones are configured with 100/password 101/password and 102/password ip is the IP in your browser

When finished my PAP2 show me that

On Cybercallshop GUI if I go to Phones I can see green phones ready :-)

as you can see phone 100 witch is checked in have credit on account, others have 0 and can call only indoor.

I think it's time to put your first call with phone 100 connected to the gateway, and after hangup you can see that

All calls will be billed and you can see the amount for any room in your GUI
When the customer check-out just click on the price to edit and print invoice

For sure invoice is generate from a dynamic configuration
Go to ADVANCED system configuration for customisation

There is many usefull features here including design change but you will see that by yourself.

You can setup a wake-up on the GUI for a room
wake-up can be as well seting up by the phone himself or from administrative phone.

So I will stop it here because I understand it's boring, this first howto is just to let you testing Cyberhotel working.

Now you can click on ADVANCED PBX admin to go to FreePBX admin page
you will be prompted for login/password, if you have not changed it on first step just
enter admin/admin
I will not make a howto for freepbx you can find many by yourself on the web
just a tip Cyberhotel use numbers with 3 digits like 100, 203, 704
For administrative phones on freepbx you have to use 4 digits eg.. 5000, 5001, 5009 ..

Just another tip on freepbx you can use same trunk as cyberhotel by this way

Enter only Outgoing Settings and LEAVE ALL OTHER BLANK

Last thing this software is open source and for sure if you are Linux expert you can enter on the root with root/user
Just Cyberhotel have some limitations and is crypted because I have working two years on this software
so you can only have three room with this version but unlimited with full version.
